Hi, I’m Tara!
I'm the owner of Frequency Fitness and I have over five years of experience helping women transform their bodies and minds through online coaching.

My coaching goes beyond just workouts, I believe true transformation happens when fitness, nutrition, and mindset come together. I help women not only build strength and move with confidence but also develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, break through mental barriers, and fuel themselves in a way that feels good and sustainable.

Movement has always been a passion of mine, whether it’s lifting weights, flowing on a yoga mat, or simply finding ways to move with more ease and intention. My approach combines strength training and mindful movement, while prioritizing proper nutrition and a positive mindset.

I take an intuitive, educational approach to coaching, empowering women with the tools and knowledge they need to make lasting changes. My goal is to help you step into your strongest, most confident self inside and out.
